Implemented GT:NH Config Change

On the server & client in GT:NH, please change line 15 in the ifu.cfg to true. This is because we have a farmworld where players are suppose to mine, and as of now this tool (the ore finder) will not work in the primary mining dimension.

Currently it reads:

Can we please make it read:
