Done Broken Wand Quest

    so we found another broken Thaumcraft wand quest on GTNH its called "scepter with 75 vis capacity" its quest #877, it needs the wand with #4363/4 but you get #4363/40 when you craft it.

    I updated this quest with the proper item and it works fine now. I looked over other wand quests and I think we got them all now. Let us know if we missed any.

    So i found two more quest which involve the Iron Capped Greatwood staff, The quests are #877 and #1191
    also quest #1191 is asking to make a staff you cant make cause it shares the same recipe with the base staff.
