So i found two more quest which involve the Iron Capped Greatwood staff, The quests are #877 and #1191 also quest #1191 is asking to make a 187 vis staff. You cant make cause it shares the same recipe with the base iron capped staff.
Is there any wand/staff/sceptre quest that hasnt have shared recipes and are uncompleteable in this pack? better make complain on modpack author/discord of gtnh, idk...
This is a known issue with the currently used version of the modpack, and is (allegedly) fixed in the newer versions.

Hello gamewiz93, I dont see a way to easily fix the quests so I completed the quests for you. We'll need to wait for a pack update to fix all these wand issues. HanoverFist69
I would just like to point out (as you may be aware) that they recently released a proper, non-dev build that should fix these questing issues, hopefully. So we can hopefully look forward to that
