Done No grave spawn in the End?

Hello,

I died by shulker in the end, at 2:03 AM EST at the coords X, Y, Z 1031, 105, 1034. After going back to the minimap deathpoint my grave was nowhere to be found, and a thorough search of the area yielded nothing. Any hints as to why this happened? Is it a bug, or a feature of the end?

edit: I've just died of fall damage in the same vicinity and it appears as if grave spawned, though I have not gone back to get it yet. Strange,

 

@Moderator care to look into this? I won't be on my pc for a while so I'm limited to forums and tickets

Thanks! I think the end has done its regular reset so I don't know what chance there is of getting that grave back. If it's possible, great, but if not no worries. Don't stress yourself out too much!
