Hi, I lost my Minecraft account I used for a very long time. Mojang no longer knows a account under my email. Thats a shame because in all the years I collected quite some time on various modpacks under my belt. Now my question: Would it be possible to transfer my playtime and premium status to a new account or is everything lost? All the best Phil
Hello Father_Phil, It is entirely possible to transfer player data, whether it be inventories, claims, or legacy donor status, provided that you have proof of ownership. Do note that we do not transfer playtime. I’ll ping an @Administrator meanwhile you provide the name and proof of ownership of the new account. Additionally, you can save us a step by changing the name of your forum account. Simply click the cog on the top right, then find “update username”. It may also help to tell us of any specific servers in which you want player data transferred. Looking forward to a response, Gabezetrainboy4
Your playtime will not be transferred. We will transfer your premium status though. We will need your new account name, any servers you want stuff transferred off of, and you to create a new forum account under the new username. Please reply with your new account on this thread.
