Hello I made a ticket 4 days ago(its closed atm) which i wanted to get reset for my questline, yesterday its been said "done!" But when i open my questbook it shows there are 62 unclaimed rewards, so what i need is to start with first quest series. Please help me with that i need a proper reset.
Hello TuscanTerritory, I will ping the @Senior Moderator team to have a look into this is there a good time that your normally on so one might be able to catch you to make sure it was done right. At the least they will look into this and make sure it is all done right.
may i have a suggestion sir ? maybe you have to give me both quest and player reset or simply reset all data about me idk
Hello TuscanTerritory, I have deleted your quest data in the backend. That should clear your quests for you. Let me know if anything went wrong. HanoverFist69
didnt work well either, still the same 62 unclaimed quest maybe i should just play it as what it is in my quest book
Ok we'll need to do this when you are online then. Let us know when you are ingame next. Either on discord or in global chat. Any Senior Mod can reset it for you. You can also schedule a time and we can check for you ingame then.
