Implemented not able to join monster west

    if I walk into the portal from spawn it says I have been warped to w_west but nothing happens. About 10 seconds later (or maybe when I walk out of the portal) it says "Exception Connecting:ReadTimeoutException : null"

    If I try to use /home home then it says I have been sent home and I get the same exception error.

    This started happening after a server reset.

    Server was frozen, back up now.
