is the tartarite enchanting table banned or just disabled?

its a upgraded enchantment table form Metallurgy that has a max enchantment level of 64 it seams that its not listed in NEI but is in the same version of Metallurgy we have in horizons + it is a bit of late game item due to how hard it is to get tartarite in the first place.

is it banned, disabled or just un-craftable?

is it that it takes a enchanted book with no real enchantments on it? if so how can I get one?

from last i checked it was removed from metallurgy entirely so that might be why

 

the pylons for it are still there and I can play with it in single player so I guss it is just disabled or banned no idea why.
