Done I can't connect to my game why my forge doesn't charge more 5/7 in menu

I played for days with the same allocated ram but this morning I can't connect my forge can't load more than 5/7 in the loading menu

If you could, try loading up again, if it doesn't work, upload your latest.log to pastebin.com and post it here.
