    Not sure if it was intended for you to get tar this way since it only has 1 use as a ticon modifier
    also not sure if it can be found in world since i just started the pack but wanted to mention it just in case.

    Not sure that is on us. I think this is on the pack developers. However, what launcher are you using? If you are using something other than MYM, can you make sure you are using the "Normal" packmode?
