A long time ago I was registered with the nickname grain12 and I haven't logged in for a long time, later my minecraft account was moved from mojang to microsoft and I changed my nickname to C4ip but when I try to log in with my old nickname or a new one, I am not allowed on the forum, I can't re-register with the same email and I can't recover my password because it says(Minecraft-Username verification failed. The specified username doesn't match the verification code. Be careful with upper and lower case.) I can give you my old email if you need it If there is an option to restore or completely delete the old account?
Hi C4ip! This is something that an admin level moderator would have to do. But to help out a bit on this I believe I managed to find your old forum account that might help when they see this. Are you able to make a ticket? or join the discord at all? if you could make this a ticket on discord it would allow moderators to get to this and help with the issue much faster. Does April 15th, 2014 sound familiar to you? I do recommend a discord ticket if you can as it's easier to get seen and solved there
