i made a modreq of this that hasn't been awnsered in apparently 20 hours, i got 4 ichor when testing my new auto-ichor setup, i want reimbursement for the remaining 4! this shouldn't happen and is obv some glitch with the server, or ae, but plz reimburse, the stuffs hard to make ya know
I'm not seeing any open tickets by you, do you know the ticket id? Regardless, this should be well known to you by now that we do not refund items lost because of any kind of glitch, so I don't know why you even bothered asking Info - Refunds on lost items | MineYourMind Community
i know that, but it still bothers me that this happened, it's not the easiest thing in the world to make ya know, and if my ticket never went open, somethings REALLLY messed up with the ticket system cuz i wrote that thing last night, chaos can you read my bug report aswell, it has to do alot with this topic, and i need an admin opinion
As I said, I see no tickets from you: As for the bug report, officially the stance is that anything that you know to be a bug must not be exploited, so I'm sorry but no I can not authorise you to use that bug for your ichor automation.
I just manually checked the ticket via the ticket number and the reason it does not show up for me in the open tickets list is that it is still considered to be "In creation", so you must not have properly submitted it yet...
strange do you need to have a title for it? cuz i don't know how to add those[DOUBLEPOST=1414450454,1414450346][/DOUBLEPOST]apparently there's an item refund option for it as a category, please tell why?
No, the title can be undefined and it will still show up: Regarding the categories, all i can say is that the ticket system is still pretty early on in development (and slind is on holiday for a week so isn't currently working on it), so some features are not fully implemented yet, I believe the plan is that when someone tries to post a ticket with the category set to "Item Refund" they will be interrupted when they click submit and presented with the link to the refund info thread that I linked in my first reply to this thread, and asked whether they still wish to proceed with posting the ticket or to instead discard it once they understand our no-refunds policy. -- basically it is a pre-emptive method so we don't have to post the no-refunds link ourselves every time someone creates a ticket asking for a refund of something.
