Whenever I open my inventory I freeze. I have 4 gigs on it. I am okay moving and doing anything else. It only freezes me when I open an inventory, my inventory, a chest. etc.

Do you have walia Nbt installed ? If you do try removing it then opening an inventory see if it changes
Ok you won't have walia Nbt then, do you have any bags or something containing another bag of stuff ? Walia Nbt is just a add on for walia , which can cause a bit of lag when opening your inventory

I have never heard of this problem before, but i had the same once when i played moonquest back in the days. Try turning Vsync off in the options menu. It might help.
Demonica6666 I think it may have something to do with your place. I was on the other day when everyone was having time out issues and after the server restarted it was running smooth until you joined then everyone started timing out again.
Please try again without inventory tweaks. (simply rename the the file to something like inventorytweaks.jar.disable)
Uhhh, how do I do this. Later that day, I deleted all my mym downloads and just re installed Galaxy and Crash, then I checked the keys for different uses (ie. inventory, jump, etc.). When I got back on, I was fine, just a little lag when in chests. I think I had the freeze issue because I had put @mod when in NEI and 1 of the NEI functions was on the wrong setting. I got on for about 3 hours yesterday afternoon from about 5 til 7 something, and I was fine. The only issue I have now is time outs. What is inventory tweeker and how do I get rid of it (as I don't use it)?
