Implemented Can't place Ender Quarry in Farmworld (DW 1.7.10)

    Hi,

    I tried placing a ender quarry in the Farmworld, but got an error: Banned item, only allowed in Farmworld.
    First I tought I might be in the wrong world, but I tried it twice, also exploring around I saw plenty of quarries, so I was definately in the right world.

    Hope it can be fixed ;)
