Implemented Disconnecting from Server- No Crash log- Nothing on Console

    For the past two days i have been getting weird Server errors.
    They happen at these times.
    1. When i connect to the server i get a- Server error- connection terminated, after it happens i can just log in again and it works.

    2. When I die and get Teleported to my /home i disconnect.

    3. When teleporting between Farm world and over world.While using both the Pressure plate at spawn and Using /home from the farm world


    Im not sure if this is the cause but i noticed you cant Teleport to players in other dimensions. I get a
    Essentials.worlds.farmworld1
    Essentials.worlds.DIM-1
    ect

    While i know why this is important on Agrarian skies & CrashLanding, i dont see a need for it on the other packs( except MYG)

    I have the same issues and only at TDT.

    This is a TDT issue. I already had during world generation using /cofh tpx.
