Implemented didnt receave my money from the market B-team

hello there i sold 2 miniture yellow hearts in the market and i logged off with them still in the market but when i log back on i look in my mail box and there were no book and then i look at my selling history and it said that i sold 2 hearts but i never receive the money. could u please help and i think this happens to more people then just me and if you could please fix this that would be amazing.

hope this can get fixed soon and if it does thx to the person/people that fixed the problem.

P.S. could i still get the money that i should have gotton?

 

Did you clear your mail? Clearing the mail has a nasty effect of deleting the transfer logs... And your income along with them.

 

Hey Adrian, unfortunately this is an issue that's known, and I'm certain that a few Admins have been told either way (If they haven't, that's my mistake completely)

This happens to everyone, not just yourself, so don't worry too much.
The times it usually happens is when the market seller is offline, and the buyer attempts to buy something (although this is a thought, not a fact)

I'll tag the Admin team incase there's something they can do to fix this

Have you tried going to the NPC at the spawn? I had to when I bought something, because it didn't show up in my mail.

 

That's the only way I've ever retrieved items. Someone told me long ago not to trust market commands. Not that it has helped, lately. lol

 

yea idk it is weird and annoying i hope it does get fixed soon. and no i didn't clear my mail i didn't even know you were able to do that XD

 

I was selling two ancient staffs and of course I got hosed xD

 

Did you see the notice in chat that your item sold?

If so, how long afterwards did you go to pick up your earnings?

i put them in and got on the next day what a mistake xD they weren't in the mail box and it said someone bought them. XD

 

I've noticed I get my money/items if I retrieve them before logging off. It's not 100% consistent though. Going forward, you can remove the items from the market before you log off and put them back when you log back on. It's a bit of a hassle, but it might help in the long run until we can figure this out.

 

Yes that is also a strategy to avoiding this bug. But like you said its a hassle

 

well so far i haven't gotten that glitch but the only time it happened is when i was selling stuff that is worth more and is more expensive.
