Implemented BC Quarry Not Working

    I have a quarry placed in the farm world that is taking power, but is not operating.[DOUBLEPOST=1420324189,1420132526][/DOUBLEPOST]Further details:

    Originally, I setup the quarry over water using landmarks and it did nothing.
    Later I tried it over sand without landmarks and it moved back and forth over the sand but did not break it. Perms issue?

    RF - same setup works fine in single player; it is a server issue. Ender Quarry is working fine on the server; just not BC quarry

    I tested both inside and outside a claim; neither works.
