Done Warp issuse

I have the inability to warp to other islands. It says "You need to reach the nether before you can use this command" Even after going to the nether and getting the "Nether restrictions unlocked". I'm not sure how this happened, but I did notice it after I was killed on the island I play on. All help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

 

I asked him to do that willi and it didn't help

 

he has tried everything i have physically been in the nether with him and relog or server restart does not fix this issue.

 

Yeah I have tried helping him aswell for past hour he's tried new portals, relogging, direct connecting and none have worked

 

only theory i have is the island owner needs to go to the nether.

 

I have so far, relogged on the island, relogged on somebody elses island (i flew there), relogged in the nether, rebuilt the nether portal on island and in nether, completing the "highway to hell" quest in the book.

 

Is there a command to give him the nether permissions ?

 

I removed and readded his nether perms the other day as well.

 

Also don't know if it's related, but noticed at the same time, when I died I couldn't use the /kit questbook command anymore. It says "Error: You need the essentials.kits.questbook permission to use that kit".
