Two things: First: I still don't know whats wrong with my playtime ranks. My playtime have reset since i played a year ago, but my title hasn't reset. I cant find a command or a sign in lobby to reset. The sign that says reset title only makes switches it back to 'Lost Soul' but i still can change it back any time. Second: I got the tier upgrade from 1 to 2, paypal says that the transaction went thru. But I haven't received anything for 7 hours ago. I have not changed my in game name at any point.
Tagging @Founder for the Tier upgrade purchase As for the play time, Everyone's playtime was reset as of Feb. 1 2015. Just a bug that you can change it back to what you had before.
I'm not sure how time ranks work but according to the spreadsheet i found my current rank Shadowmaster is supposed to be at 77 hours playtime, yet i just counted 64 hours according to the /stats command.
please sent me the paypal transaction id via private message. the titles already given out were not reset.
