    What will happen to the player's base and stuff when he perm banned?
    If he donator he still can get banned?

    Regardless of Donator status players can still be permabanned. Claims will stay until someone asks for them to be removed, in which case if the 14 day period has passed we will have a co-admin regenerate the claims so they return to their previous state.
