Implemented Crash Landing quest book confusion

So I come back to the server a few days ago and my quest book is stuck on 16%.
I am told that is normal because it should have the first few quests completed in order to show the story.

I log in today and my book is sitting on 0% completed after I had almost finished the first chapter three days ago.

I am confused, why was I told it should start at 16% completion when it is clearly sitting on 0% now?
And how did the book get reset randomly three days later.

Any advice is very welcome.

 

1) are you on the getting started page
2) there are commonly resets
3) what does the page look like?

 

Yes, getting started the first chapter. I understand there are a lot of resets, that is not the reason I am asking what is going on. I am concerned that I was told the quest book begins with chapter one already at 16%. Mine is now sitting on 0% after the reset.

Current quest is to find three locations for a data entry.

try walking around in your base maybe itll trigger something

 

Is this still and issue? If so a @Co-Administrator can come and update those quests for you.
