So I setup a pure node and started feeding it lesser nodes to get all 6 aspects so I could use the node transducer on it. When I put transducer on and flipped the switch, the energized node only had 3 aspects on it. So I figured that I'd turn it off and retry to get all 6. It returned to a pale pure node with all 6 aspects but even with an advanced node stabilizer on it, the other 3 nodes ate it away. Didn't think that stabilized nodes could get eaten.
Stabilized nodes don't get eaten by my knowledge. Deactivating the transducer however is very bad and should never be done. (Hence why it turned pale and lost aspects afterwards). I have some questions though: - How did you see that it had only 3 aspects left? Was this during the energizing (did it display 0)? - In the last picture I saw that the advanced stabilizer is off, did you turn it off after you disabled the transducer?
It was wierd, it said energized node and started streaming CV, but it showed 2 aspects with 0's and 1 with a 6. The advanced stabilizer shut down after the node disappeared. When I shut down the transducer it didnt lose any aspects, they were all there, they just all got ate by the other nodes. This is an advanced stabilizer.
Only 3 apsects total after it became an actual energized node? It should display all aspects and give those not present a 0. Are you sure the cv isn't from another node closeby? The dissapearing can be explained: If a node has an aspect with 0 vis , then there is a (very big) chance that that aspect will dissapear. Because you first energized it and later disabled it, all aspects have 0 to start with. They all disapeared. That's why you should never fully empty a node and why there is a research that lets your wand only draw essentia untill 1 vis is left.
