So I have decided to start playing Infinity but when I try to launch it on the mym launcher it says: The mods and versions listed below could not be found : CoFHCore: Any. I downloaded CoFHCore and placed it in the "mods" folder but then it says Thermal Foundation is outdated. So I went and downloaded the newest version of it and placed it in the "mods" folder. But now it says forge is missing. Again I downloaded it and placed in folder. But this time it says its still missing forge. I'm taking a guess that I put the forge jar file in the wrong location? I've tried [Force Update] and [Hard Force Update]. I even tried deleting the launcher and reinstalling it. Btw I'm on a Mac.
I do not use on a Mac, but I do use the MYM Launcher in Linux Mint. Although you have uninstalled the launcher in you OS, there may have been a residual folder in your home folder left called .mineyourmind and this is where the actual launcher files and mod pack files reside. check for the removal of this folder when uninstalling and try re-installing as SirWill has suggested

Hey try the FTB luncher if you are not if you are using it try the mym luncher if it does not work this is very drastic you might lose everything reset your computer if you are willing to lose alot,
