Done Fix NEI Receipes

    My receipes were not correct for NEI even after a hard force update. caboth mentioned in chat to type:

    /mtload

    and that fixed it. I thought I would post this to the forum since based on other comments in chat I wasn't alone.

    Please read the broadcast and the sign at the spawn.
    Broadcast:
    So the recipes are not broken we just added a workaround fix for the NEI crashes.

    (still worth posting here since most of us don't go to spawn. If something isn't working I check here...I don't go check for signs in spawn.)
