Done So is this supposed to happen?

    So I been visiting and seeing other peoples area and some have a plains biome and some do not and which the plains biome causes rain, lots of it. So therefore water is not a problem for them at all...Is this supposed to happen?

    No, it is limited to Ocean biome in the /is menu. I logged on to test it as soon as I saw this post.

    In Crash Landing, single player the world is superflat with the biome of Dust World. One of the reason I think it is like this is so you cannot get a Plains biome and get some passive mobs to spawn.
