Done can't create tickets and internal server error

i do /ticket and it tells me i need a pre-login, i go to log in and im already logged in. on the forums it displays my name but in the ticket system it shows my old username elemage_

on that note my actual ticket is this: i have a production table from steve's workshop. i had a crafting table in there with the following upgrades: autocrafter, charger, production speed, solar generator, and a fuel efficiency.
i put in a single cobblestone and crashed with an internal server error. i got back on and there was nothing in the production table, it was all gone.

So is your only issue now the /ticket command not working? Or has that issue also corrected itself?

 

both are still an issue, but the ability to make a ticket takes priority. i am aware of mym's item refund policy and was just raising awareness of the issue. i dont know if it still applies since the update.
