Done Lost Rank

I was a tier 3 or 4 before and I renamed and lost it. The one I had it on was XxFatalBrav0xX I changed the name back recently and didn't get it back.

 

@Founder As they handle payment issues

 

Actually Connor if we know the previous account name it can be easily verified and then sorted by a co-admin, only when it's a recently purchased rank that hasn't applied do the founders need to be called in

Just leaving work now, so if no one beats me to it I will sort this when I get home in 10 mins.

 

Just to have this go a little quicker, have you clicked "Update Username"? Its under your settings

 

Okay I spoke too soon, there is no trace of any declared permissions on either XxFatalBrav0xX or XxFatalPlebxX so a @Founder will have to check this.

 

How's that if you bought a rank you might probably know what rank exactly you bought not saying *tier 3 or 4*
