Hi, I couldn't craft Infernal Animus due to the Voodoo Poppet is banned. So is there any ways to make Infernal Animus ?
No. It can't be crafted. It said that contact the administrator. I crafted at the crafting table and tried to take it out, but it's not in my inventory and it will prevent me from taking it and i still have the mats with me.[DOUBLEPOST=1433606415][/DOUBLEPOST] It's used for Witchery Mod.
Banned items can't be shift clicked out of crafting tables or in/out of containers. These poppets can be crafted, or at least I was able to when I played on bteam before.
Oh. Sorry about that. It's for Witch hand spells like consume Monsters to gain ability. (ex. Consume Bat to gain 20 sec Night Vision)
I need for this because i want to have the power of the monsters and consume them! looks badass tho =P
I would imagine that you wont be able to get it because it would be unfair to other people but it might be possible but I cannot help you, sorry.
It's fine R4dwulf. I understand it will be unfair to other people if i had it. But what i heard is that last time it let you craft the poppet but then wasn't able to use. But now is that i'm unable to craft it. it's fine thanks for the help =)
How exactly would it be unfair to other people, though? Consuming the powers of monsters and gaining their abilities sounds like it's something similar to Advanced Genetics. I don't think Advanced Genetics is in any way unfair as everybody has the chance to obtain it the same way people will have equal chance to obtain the Infernal Animus infusion if people actually put an effort to make the infusion. Sorry, I might just be sleepy right now, but I don't see anything unfair about having such an ability Thus, I do not find it a valid reason to not make the Voodoo Poppet craftable. From what I've heard, the Voodoo poppet used to be craftable, it just can't be used. I don't know why it can't be crafted today, but it is an ingredient in a crafting recipe. Without it, you're disabling an entire Witchery infusion. And so I hope this would be taken into consideration.
Could it be that it was crafted using a non vanilla table? Or does it disappear once in the inventory. Cause the minecraft crafting table crafting might be disabled but that means that others would work.
The vodoo popet is currently banned due to most of its uses being the ability to bypass the pvp toggle.
Hey there, Slind. We tried to craft a vanilla crafting table (using oak wood), but the server automatically changed it, thinking it was from RandomThings. Also, when trying to craft the Voodoo Poppet and taking it out of the table, it says: Banned: X7796 (7796-8) Reason: Ask your server administrator. Attached herein are screenshots of the notices when trying to craft the crafting table and the Voodoo Poppet.
I also believe it should be possible to craft it but not use it. I'll look around the internet to see I there is a plugin/mod that allows this. To be honest I don't really know as I don't remember when we did change what on B-Team, has been before quite some time. It was mainly a theory. Maybe @SirWill remembers more, as he usually does.
