I was attempting to open a ticket this morning concerning the extreme slowness on the Regrowth Server, which seems to be causing a lot of folks to keep getting disconnected. But on your Ticket System page I do not see a button or link for opening up a new ticket. Is it rank based or am I just missing something? Thanks, Zip Edit: It appears after I got a Timed Out error and was disconnected, the game can not reach the server IP as the ping is either far too low or can not reach the server... Normally I've been getting 4 to 5 bars for the ping, but not this morning.
Do /ticket in game and it will give you a link that takes you to the destinated form where you can write the ticket.
Alas I can no longer get into the game, as the ping is far to low to connect to the server, which is not normal. And I was not the only player having the issue, so because I can not get into the server, I can't type that command.
Sorry, but it looks like most 1.7.10 servers are having an unromally low ping. Please be patient while this gets fixed
