Collaboration/Roleplaying project - Thaumic Academy (Infinity N1) - JOIN US

Hey guys,
so I've been quietly building my little thaumatorium on the edge of the world, on a snowy mountain of 200 blocks high, and have recently begun expanding it into someting resembling a compound, an academy complex. However this is a big project for a lone wizard , and I'm in the mood for some teamwork.

Heres my idea: Im opening a great academy for all who practice Thaumaturgy, and all who wish to learn it. If you already mastered the art, youre welcome as a teacher, and can work on big arcane projects with others of your level. If you are new to Thaumcraft, or have yet to do the research, then the academy will provide you with a supportive learning environment, where you can ascend to mastery in style . We will help your progress, but aim to keep it balanced and fun, so we wont just give you everything, as in keeping with the rule of not trading items that the other couldnt get/make themselves. Communication and tutoring will happen over teamspeak, and to spice things up, we will be roleplaying our respective roles/ranks in the academy. We can of course take breaks from roleplaying, but I would like to keep it fairly consistent and continuous. The atmosphere should be friendly and supportive, but if being a bit grumpy or pompus if part of your RP character, thats fine too, as long as its all in good fun. I have some ideas already, and the main walls have been laid, but I really want this to be a joint project, so your input an contribution will be very valued. Most importantly, even though we will be playing masters, adepts, apprentices and initiates, no one is to be treated a lesser member.

So what do you think guys? Do you have any ideas you would like to add? Are you interestet in joining in?

 

I think this is a great idea. I applaud you for taking the steps and reaching out to make this happen.

 

i'll join as teaching, and this was an idea i had thought about for a long while, (i completed the thuamonomicon so many times now it's gone very weird) and i'll only show some bugs, not the full picture, i'll teach the ones that you can't abuse very much, but this, is very nice (thing is i don't have TS XD)

 

TS should be fairly easy to get, its free as well. Is it because you don't have a mic? If thats the case well just have to work around that.

I see, that can't really be helped then. Unless you use the global chat, youd have to stick to single tutoring per /msg. More importantly, what do you mean by bugs? Is bug using allowed on this server?

it's called using /party and these are bugs as in i can do stuff not intended, but totally makes life easier, but doesn't break anything in any terrible way XD
