    please try the following:

    1. download the jar version
    2. windows key to open the start menu, enter cmd and open the cmd.exe that appears
    3. navigate to the directory where the launcher is, probably downloads cd C:\Users\<you-computer-user-name>\Downloads
    4. start the launcher with java -jar MyM-Launcher.jar
    5. copy/screenshot everything from this window, it should contain some information we can work with
