    we are all getting kicked every few minutes now, its not been good all day but it's get really bad now so plz could someone have a look at regrowth

    Its a problem thats currently being worked on.
    Its an issue with all 1.7 servers at the moment.

    It's probably an mod in the horizons modpack which is causing the issues. We could remove horizons from our proxy but we prefer to find which mod is causing the issues as it will probably happen in other new modpacks too.
