Done Can't get ranks on horizon pqck

    I cant get ranks on horizon via /shop but other people have them I have like 22 hours on time so I should have a few

    Hey the auto promotion doesn't work on some of the servers. A work around would be to join the 1.6.4 hub for around 10 minutes. (It checks every 15 minutes)
