Since i killed a wither i had a Divigination (is the name right so?) Sigil and i wanted to activate it so i could get some cursed earth to improve mobfarming. *Made a large dirt area * Enchantment table sorounded by redstone * In the dark, open sky * At midnight i clicked with a glowing sigil on the table * "perform the sacrifice" * Killed a sheep didn't work * Killed a cow still nothing happens * Killed a pig of course not * Did the same in my single player test world (same version, same launcher (MYM)) * And it worked just fine I am just guessing blind, since i don't know anything about it, that it might has to do with the protection plugin that is used since the dirt would have set in flames and turned into cursed earth. Any chance to get this working? Am I maybe doing something really wrong? Is there a way around to get cursed earth/active sigil?
cursed earth can be gotten in a reward bag, but the activated sigil is a problem, I'd like to have some unstable ingots to work with too
I did the ritual myself and it worked the first time. Maybe you missed the time just a bit or killed the animal too far from the table.
Well i tried it again and put the animal right on top of the table and it worked. Last time it was at the redstone circle (1 Blcok away) Also i tried it at a different position...maybe this was an issue aswell.
