Are you sure you gave the correct username when you donated and did you receive email confirmation that the payment was successful? If you paid by paypal it would be helpful if you have the transaction ID, or if you used paymentwall then you will have to contact paymentwall support directly as they won't actually deal with the seller directly, only the buyer. @Founder I can confirm that no permissions have been applied to the player "Uspaig".
