Done Request to Visit a chunk by mod

@ the moment Willfon and Shoubydoo are discussing about a very laggi Chunk @ -480, -1250
It would be nice if an Admin or an Mod would lock over it =)

Ok I just want to confirm that this is Horizons? @Moderator @Senior Moderator Between these 2 groups we should be able to get it fixed. Can someone check this out as I'm not on right now?
