I want to make the archmage's Blood Orb but it needs a demonic blood shard to be made. Now since the Arcane Plinth is banned i cannot obtain a deamon. Now that makes it impossible to get the deamon blood shard. So, my questions right now is: Why is it banned? Can it be unbanned If not, cane there be a way around this? Thanks for quick awnsers!
