Implemented purchased tier 3 to 4 upgrade haven't recieved (resolved)

i purchased the tier 3 to tier 4 upgrade about 6 hours ago and still have not received it.

 

Could you please check your broker(assuming paypal) to make sure the transaction went through. If so please reply here and I will take another look.

 

it went through i have the email saying it did

 

I have updated your user group please come on line and see if it has updated. It may take 30 mins to do so but no longer. Shouldn't even be that.

I'm currently in the lobby waiting for your response.

ok i have the tier 4 now but not the op kit that was supposed to come with it. sorry for all the trouble.
