Info Direwolf20 downscale/reset & update

    As we currently don't have more then 10 players on both servers and to add and test a automatic claim & chunk reset we will downscale the server on the 27th October.

    Automatic Claim/Chunk Reset The claims of inactive players and chunks will get auto reset on direwolf20 now. The reset will happen after 2 weeks of inactivity of the owner but only if the owner or any trusted player is not set as absence.
    Absence can be set via /absence, the absence status will get removed after one month or on joining any MyM server.
    Trusted Players will get a warning if the the owner is inactive for a week and have one week time to request a claim transfer. (Only players which do stuff in the claim will get a warning)
    New Server The new server is already available at:
    direwolf20-new.mym.li
    ("-new" will be removed once the the simple addresses free up)
    Hard-Reset As always it will be a hard reset. That means inventories, MyM's, Claims.. will not carry over.
    Base Download Those that would like to continue on their bases in single player or on their own server are welcome to request a base download during the next 2 weeks. To request please comment below with the following information:

    Will be sent out in bulk once a week.

    It does, as the DW20 server is being reset, i'm wondering if it's being purged, as nothing on here is saying that...

    With the advent of the new Claim reset system. If a player is not on the DW20 server, but is on another MyM server for over 2 weeks, will their claim get reset as they are not active on DW20?

    I ask because _Prpl_ and I frequently try out and play on new packs when they are first introduced. So, our base gets "abandoned" by the way it was described, but we aren't inactive because we are playing on another server at the time. Because of that situation, we can't use the /absence command because it sounds like that will deactivate when we play on another MyM server.

    Yes it will reset your claim if you play on a other server from us. You would need to login every 7-12 days to make sure it doesn't get deleted.

    will a world download be available? I know a base download will, but what about the entire overworld?

    Its more so the time it would take to do so, MineYourMind have refrained from doing it in the past (For the amount of time I have been here) and as far as I know, will further do so.

    Thanks for the response SirWill, but I think that you misunderstood. Both _Prpl_ and I are very loyal to MyM, and only play on the MyM Servers....well, that's how it is for me. ;) I guess she can correct me if I'm wrong there. So, if we log into another MyM server for a few weeks, will that mean that our new DW20 base will be gone? or is it the fact that we're logged into a MyM server that matters?

    Mania is correct, world files are huge and the time and effort that would be required to setup the stuff needed to download the entire world isn't worth it when base downloads can be done instead[DOUBLEPOST=1445462808][/DOUBLEPOST]
    SirWill very clearly said above :p That if you log into any MyM server any bases you have will continue to remain protected unless you don't go on any MyM server for the given amount of time
