Tool Forge recipe

I was going to make a cleaver, so I tried to see the recipe in NEI and there wasn't. I've seen a jadedcat post on reddit saying it wasn't intentional and there was a problem adding a recipe, so she said to change the minetweaker to a posted one but there are tons of bug in it. So, long story short, can you "add" the recipe for the tool forge by plugin than changing the minetweaker with the bugged one?

and i wondered why there is no recipe -.-
probably the same with the efficiency rune

 

I heard the efficiency rune was being phased out of blood magic as for the tool forge, you can still craft them even without the recipe in the nei.

 

I tried crafting it using the default recipe, no luck.

 

Steel blocks should work

 

Also Ardite,Cobalt and Manyullyn (they give it a different look :3)

 

i think he is mentioning the rune recipe. i tried the default recipe my self and it is indeed not working

 

You need to use Seared Brick/Seared Brick/Seared Brick // Steel Block/Tool Station/Steel Block // Steel Block/ Nothing / Steel Block.
You can also use Ardite,Cobalt and manyullyn in place of the steel blocks.
