Done Problems with quest "Phylacteries"

    Well, we created a phylactery with a zombie and it was no problem to submit it.
    After we created a phylactery with chicken in it, we were not able to submit it.
    So we both created a spell to spawn chickens and only my friend was able to submit a phylactery with chicken in it.

    Is this a known issue or do we miss something?

    edit: Only my friend unlocked the skill "summon". I've used his book for creating the spell
    edit 2: 5. Good Witch of the North -> Phylacteries

    Solution:
    - Get the skill "Summon"
    - Craft the book for summoning
    - Get a phylactery with chicken
    - relog if you can not submit the item

    I never heard of this issue, well not even of phylactery, sorry I'm not a big help on this topic. What is the quest called and in which chapter is it?
