As the title says there's no recipe for the infinite lava tank in NEI. I was told to create a thread here.
That's probably because of the FTB changes. :/ Not sure if there is now any way to send recipes to the client
Try adding the MT recipe to ...\minecraft\modpack\normal\scripts\InfinityPackWideChanges.zs I'm pretty sure that the recipes in that file on server side should automatically override the client side ones on connect. If that works then you could also add a modified expert difficulty version of the recipe to ...\minecraft\modpack\expert\scripts\EnderStorage.zs

The ender-thermic pump used in the recipe (assuming you haven't changed it) also isn't craftable on Evolved in the first place btw.. so the only way to obtain one currently is with the lava quickstart kit.. Also the lava kit will need disabling too, as the lava generators it contains are intentionally not supposed to be usable in Evolved, at all! To be honest, it might be best to disable all of the quickstart kits for evolved the more I think about it.. considering AE2 is supposed to be super lategame in Evolved, being able to just buy the advanced AE2 kit is super game-breakingly OP!
Seems to be only on expert mode. Someone would need to do some testing to find out what is causing it
