Done Hypovolemia's overworld wasn't pregenerated, please fix

Title describes issue

 

Well, I dont know how this works but im sure an @Administrator should be able to look into this.

 

Hypo's overworld was pregenerated as i generated it myself when i made the alpha server

 

explain how in the overworld, just outside of spawn, i was moving, it was 17.33 tps while i was, when i stopped, it went back to 20, when i started again, it went right back down to 17.33 tps...

 

Flying too fast.
Going through a corrupted chunk.
Having an item in your inventory the server doesnt like.
Have a whole bunch of mobs around you.
The list goes on ...

 

this litterally didn't matter what section, no mobs around, this only happened while flying, server never tanked that much while i was flying WITHOUT not having pre-generated land..... list goes on for reasons i have
