We have got many reports at different places. In order avoid routing the information to every place, let us use this thread as a place that is available to everyone and solve the issue together. I will be investigating this tomorrow and report my findings on here.
We were not able to reproduce the issue. Have tried multiple times, with different accounts on different servers and at different times. Did you always have enough inventory space left and did you count items that stack (you only get one item per random item).
When i purchased i got the message "you have received a random item" twice and my inventory was almost completely empty minus a few stone tools and quest book. Before when i have done 10 it always gave me 10 messages not just 2. I'm not sure if the server was lagging at the time or if my internet was being slow, but maybe that has something to do with it.
i hawe problem on the server galactic science : i use token fo rando item and use 40 token ,for 2 day , and shop give my 3 and 4 item and use 39 token (13 item ) sorry for my english nick name is trall75
Are you guys sure that you aren't getting duplicates of your items? They'll stack together if you do.
