Done Arcane Plinth still on /banneditems

    According to post #55 here:
    this was unbanned but it is still listed in the /banneditems on IE2.

    I walked around spawn and didn't see a sign to buy them so I assume the /banneditems list just needs to be updated.

    Thought I would mention it since it might cause confusion.
