Done Name change issues

Hi guys,i'm here from the Saig_96's thread,he told me that i should be the one looking for help so here I am. My name got changed and i lost every permission of my island;my last name was "STECCO_YT"

 

For staff he changed his name and needs his island transfered on a 1.6.4 server to his new name.

 

Now the island owner changed to the right one,but still is under the protection of the old username
PS: We can even lock and unlock the island now,but still can't open any chest\break any block

 

Ty alot,just another question,can we remove the tesseract somehow?
