I don't know much about macs, tho, or the launcher, so someone with more knowledge with the those things will have to evaluate this as to what we can do about this
Hmmm. Sounds like it might be compatibility issues between the mod, and....however java interfaces with the rendering hardware on the Mac. Though I dunno why baubles would fail to download/install on mac. The fact that it happens on FTB as well makes be think it might also be (somehow) mod or modpack related, rather than launcher related, but I'll leave this to more knowledgeable minds, i know when I'm outta my league XD
I believe baubles is being auto downloaded if missing, hence any sort of protection app could block it. We could ship it with the instance together, but I fear we would forget about it from time to time as we usually only put up the required files.
