    Hello,

I would assume others would have already made a post similar to this or contacted someone about the current latency issues on the server. I logged into direwolf20 as well as the Infinity Evolved servers and there seems to be quite a bit of latency in the server. I do not know if this is community servers wide or just isolated to a few but I wanted to get let you all know in the event someone else did not inform you.

    Have a nice day,

    -Xavidram

Could you run winmtr on the servers IP for a few minutes and post the results?

I assume you are checking for packet loss. Want me to just run ping with a server ip?[DOUBLEPOST=1449729847][/DOUBLEPOST]C:\Users\xavidram>ping direwolf.mineyourmind.net

could you put it in a code block or on pastebin, it is hard to read this way. Also, does it look the same while you are on the server and how is the packet loss?

The reason I'm asking it to be run for a couple of minutes while on the server is that there might be a bandwidth cap, doing a simple trace route or ping wouldn't always show that. Anyways, if there is an issue with the connection we couldn't do much besides letting the isp know.

All good, i left my chunk area and went to spawn, then went home again and that seemed to fix the issue.

hmm ok. Btw. did you notice the ping difference between the two you ran, that is a huge difference.

Yeah I did notice. But thanks anyways, not sure what it was but chunk unloading seemed to fix it.
