I saw on the forums where the challenges don't work. but I didn't see where the ability to change biomes had been asked. Why are we are able to change our biome on Skyfactory 2?
Because sometimes if you spawn mon a desert biome, you can't even progress (No rain) Or you won't get passive mob spawnings. You should be able to change it with /is. I haven't played sf2 but most servers (incuding ags2) have that function.
Yeah it works with ag and ag2, if memory serves ,but it does not work with sf2. The option is there, you do /is and click on the sapling icon to change your biome. But the menu won't come up after clicking on the sapling.[DOUBLEPOST=1449750867,1449750737][/DOUBLEPOST]Look... I used punctuation and everything is spelled correctly.
I believe there is currently a ticket about this very thing too. I don't play the modpack so I don't know if there's a way to progress in it without this function but I think it would be most helpful to have it fixed. I have tested it myself as well and can confirm it does not work.
I have noticed EVERYONE spawns in an ocean biome when creating their island. This never caused any progression issues with the pack for me or for others I know, if anything it caused me to progress more into the witchery mod for the biome changing ability it has I always thought this was supposed to be disabled ._.
