Today I launched hypovolemia on SP and I get 2 FPS all the time. I have lowest graphic settings.

I allocated 2 GB of RAM so that shouldn't be the problem.

Hello, have you made sure your graphic drivers are all up to date? Also if your running any texture packs that could be an issue also.

All graphic drivers are up to date and I am not using any texture pack.

After adding Optifine and setting everything to low again I have 15x FPS increase (30 from 2 FPS).

So then everything is back to normal? I would also look and see if you have v sync on as it locks your fps.

I didn't turn off Vsync but it isn't causing problem. I tested it on Bee Happy.

The whole problem with Hypovolemia and FPS is that player shouldn't need to install additional mods to make modpack playable.

Fps is a client side/computer side number of how many frames your rendering per second the server has no interaction with how many you have only thing the server is responsible for is Tps. But you may have a block/machine at your base/area were your logging into that's causing you fps issues. now that im online i will come on and have alook if im having any frame drops, if so i will contact the proper staff member to find out the cause.

I get a solid 30 at my base, and my base is one of the largest, laggiest, and most expansive bases, how much RAM out of total ammount in your comp are you using?

To my knowledge, Hypo does not have Fastcraft like a lot of other larger mod packs have. So it's going to be inherently harder to run than others. If you have more ram to dedicate to minecraft when playing it I would recommend doing so

With a small modpack like hypo it should be more than enough.

I doubt that the settings reflect on the ram usage much.

I think that you are right. Only setting that can reflect on ram massively is fast/fancy graphics. Every thing else (mostly Optifine) reflects on CPU and GPU load.
